Management and investor supervision for the design and execution of works on railway line C-E 20 on the Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa section, including the Vistula River bridge.

1 The subject of the Order is the provision of Services in the scope of management and investor supervision over the design and execution of works on railway line C-E 20 on the Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa section, carried out within the projects "Works on railway line no. 12 Skierniewice - Łuków (C-E20), bridge over the Vistula River" and "Works on railway line C–E 20 on the Czachówek Wschodni – Pilawa section – remaining works". 2 The entire subject of the Order includes: a. The Basic Scope includes, in particular: a) performing the function of the Engineer; b) substantive-financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the Construction Contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring, and substantive-financial reporting; c) technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor's Supervision Inspector according to the Construction Law Act, i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 834 and item 1222 as amended; d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract concluded within the Projects; conducting environmental supervision, including nature supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, agreements on the conditions for the implementation of the undertaking, and other administrative decisions in this area. b. Option Right means the unilateral right of the Ordering Party to extend the scope of supervision to an additional scope concerning construction during the term and acceptance of construction works titled: Construction of a pedestrian footbridge in the vicinity of Letniskowa Street in Pilawa within the scope of works to be carried out under the Contract. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is located in Volume III of the SWZ - OPZ. The detailed scope of the Option Right is described in point 2.2.3. OPZ.
