The subject of the order is the provision of services for waste management, i.e. services related to the collection, transport and recovery or disposal of municipal waste, disinfection and cleaning, including its sorted components and the operation of collection yards within the city of Žilina. Alternatively, the bidder may rent collection yards instead of establishing them, with the costs borne by the bidder. In the event that the bidder cannot establish collection yards and ensure their proper operation within 6 months of the Framework Agreement entering into force, the Ordering Party may provide the Supplier with mobile collection yards owned by the Ordering Party, the rental of which will be handled in a separate contract, for the period until the bidder ensures the proper establishment and operation of the collection yards. The bidder therefore acknowledges that waste collection via mobile yards is a temporary alternative.
