Die Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW) ist auf mehrere Liegenschaften verteilt, die sich auf unterschiedlichen und teils weit voneinander entfernten Arealen befinden. Studierende und Mitarbeitende der ZHAW bewegen sich oft arealübergreifend und benötigen daher Zugang zu mehreren Gebäuden. Derzeit ist der Zutritt zu den Gebäuden an den verschiedenen ZHAW-Arealen und -Liegenschaften uneinheitlich geregelt. Um im Rahmen zukünftiger Infrastrukturprojekte eine einheitliche und betriebsoptimierte Planung und Nutzung der Schliessanlagen zu ermöglichen, wird das gesamte Schliesssystem in allen bestehenden Gebäuden erneuert. Diese Submission umfasst der komplette Ersatz der mechanischen Schliessanlage an den Standorten Winterthur, Zürich und Wädenswil in ca. 45 Gebäuden.
