Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektové dokumentace ve stupních dokumentace pro povolení záměru a dokumentace pro zadání/provádění stavby ve smyslu zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavebního zákona, v platném znění, jeho prováděcích vyhlášek a zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek, v platném znění, a jeho prováděcích předpisů. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je i zpracování projektové dokumentace na vybavení předmětné stavby podle požadavku objednatele v rozsahu zakreslení vnitřního vybavení do půdorysu projektované stavby v úrovni dokumentace pro provádění stavby vč. zpracování specifikace a soupisu dodávek projektovaného vybavení pro účely jejího použití jako součásti zadávacích dokumentací veřejných zakázek na pořízení vnitřního vybavení. Součástí plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž zajištění potřebných průzkumů, posudků, studií a měření nutných pro získání společného povolení a dále též inženýrská činnost zahrnující zejména projednání s dotčenými orgány a účastníky řízení, kdy výsledkem musí být bezrozporná kladná stanoviska k projektové dokumentaci.
