Zukunftscampus Spree-Neiße, Interim OSZ - Lot 1 Container facility

As part of the complex renovation of the OSZ1 buildings in Forst (Lausitz), an interim school is to be built on the site of Rüdigerstraße / corner of Max-Fritz-Hammer-Straße using container construction. The containers will be set up three stories high in a U-shape. A new container facility is to be built. The gross floor area is approx. 2100 sqm, the 3 building sections that form the U-shape are each approx. 60 m long. The building belongs to building class 3 and is a special construction. Classrooms, subject rooms, and rooms for the school administration are planned, as well as sanitary facilities on each floor according to ASR, cleaning supply rooms per floor, a catering kitchen with a canteen on the ground floor, and other necessary technical and storage rooms according to the room list. Only the ground floor will have accessible toilets. The main entrance is located on the north side. The building should be constructed as much as possible according to the requirements of DIN 18040-1, however, as a mandatory requirement, only the ground floor must be accessible without barriers.
