Summay of notice
⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAKANO Toshitaka Director of Yokohama Finance Office.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 42
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : (2026) Underground Buried Objects Survey Services for National Property (Naka Ward, Yokohama City), 1 set.
⑷ Service period : From the day of a contract through December 18, 2026.
⑸ Service place : As in the tender docum-entation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A or B for the classification of "Provision of Services, etc. (Survey and Research)" as provided for in the qualification for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) by organizations in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area related to the Ministry of Finance in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027, and be capable of performing (delivery of) the services responsibly, or, alternatively, even if such qualification has not yet been obtained, have undergone the qualification examination and been registered in the list of qualified participants by the deadline for submission of tenders, and be capable of performing (delivery of) the services responsibly.
④ Not those who are judged to be inappropriate as the other party to a contract on account of having violated any of the clauses of contract and illegal or unfair act previously made with an official in charge of any of the relevant local bureaus, or branch bureaus, or divisions, or offices.
⑤ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity).
⑥ A supplier whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated, and whose pro-per performance of a contract can be guaranteed.
⑦ Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request.
⑺ Time-limit for offer : 17 : 00, August 27, 2026.
⑻ Tender submission acceptance period : 9 : 00 to 17 : 00, August 28, 2026.
