【令和8年4月30日実施】一般競争入札 安芸駅前広場清掃委託業務
安芸駅前広場清掃委託業務仕様書１．委託場所安芸駅前広場(詳細は別紙)２．作業内容(１)安芸駅前広場ごみ拾い(２)トイレの清掃３．作業方法(１)たばこの吸い殻、ペットボトル、空き缶等の一般ごみを集め処理する。
(２)①天井、壁、扉等のほこり、クモの巣等を除去する。
②床のはき掃除、水拭きを行い、汚れが激しい時はブラシ等を使い水洗いする。
③便器をブラシ及び適正洗剤で水洗いする。
④洗面台及び鏡を拭き掃除する。
⑤石鹸及びトイレットペーパーを補充する。
⑥必要に応じ、可能な範囲でのトイレ、排水口等の詰まりの除去を行う。
４．委託期間令和8年6月1日から令和9年5月31日まで５．作業日数365日(委託期間中毎日)６．作業時間毎日正午までに作業を終えること。
なお、やむを得ない理由により作業時間を変更する場合は、委託者と協議すること。
７．一般事項・作業に必要な衛生消耗品(清掃道具、洗剤、石鹸、トイレットペーパー)は委託者が支給する。
・トイレットペーパーは、隣接する安芸駅ぢばさん市場の倉庫から持ち出し、随時補充すること。
・設備等に異常を発見した場合は、速やかに市の担当者に報告すること。
・業務終了後、業務日誌にその日の業務内容を記入し、月ごとに市の担当者に提出すること。
８．その他・本業務の実施にあたり、仕様書に記載のない事項及び疑義が生じた場合は、その都度協議し、発注者の指示に従うものとする。
