Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in acco-rdance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑤ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ⑥ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 July 23, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract clerk, Planning Section, National Hospital Organization Kurihama Medical and Addiction Center, 5-3-1 Nobi Yokosuka-shi Kanagawa-ken 239-0841, Japan.
