Online-Einstelltests im Ausbildungsrecruiting

This tender, originating from Germany, is for the procurement of online aptitude tests for recruitment within an apprenticeship program. The contracting authority is seeking providers of digital assessment solutions. The scope of this procurement involves the licensing, implementation, and potentially the customization of online testing platforms designed to evaluate candidates' suitability for vocational training. These tests typically assess a range of skills and aptitudes relevant to specific trades or professions, such as logical reasoning, numerical ability, spatial awareness, and potentially technical knowledge or personality traits. Bidders are expected to offer robust, user-friendly online testing systems with secure data handling capabilities. Requirements will likely include detailed descriptions of the assessment methodologies, test content, scoring mechanisms, reporting features, and integration capabilities with existing HR systems. The aim is to streamline the recruitment process, identify the most promising candidates for apprenticeships, and ensure a high-quality intake for the training program.
