Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Lead Blockchain Developer & Solution Designer / Enterprise Architect for a consultancy assignment financed by Islamic Development Bank Institute in Saudi Arabia.

Aninver Development Partners SL is currently preparing a proposal for a consulting assignment commissioned by the Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI) in Saudi Arabia. The initiative focuses on the enterprise-grade enhancement and pilot implementation of a distributed ledger technology platform designed to address financing gaps and facilitate access to credit for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through modern technological architectures and automated credit enhancement mechanisms.

We are seeking an expert for the Lead Blockchain Developer & Solution Designer / Enterprise Architect position to drive the technical refactoring, blockchain integration, and architectural hardening of the platform. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transitioning the existing Minimum Viable Product (MVP) into a secure, scalable, enterprise-grade system capable of supporting live pilot deployments with participating financial institutions.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Conduct a comprehensive technical review, refactoring, and quality assurance of the existing platform MVP architecture.
• Integrate robust blockchain functionality equipped with zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) capabilities to ensure data privacy and secure transaction validation.
• Develop credit provider-specific custom features and execute seamless system integrations with existing financial institution architectures.
• Deliver comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) and a fully supported pilot deployment involving participating financial institutions or service providers.
• Provide thorough technical documentation, operational manuals, and support for system onboarding.

Scope of work

• Perform a detailed code review, architectural assessment, and security audit of the current platform Minimum Viable Product.
• Refactor and optimize the core codebase to meet enterprise-grade scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts.
• Integrate zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) mechanisms to preserve transaction confidentiality while maintaining verifiable auditability across the network.
• Develop customized modules tailored to the operational workflows of participating credit providers.
• Establish secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integration pipelines connecting the platform with core banking and credit risk management systems.
• Formulate and execute rigorous testing protocols, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate the pilot deployment of the enhanced platform with selected financial institutions or service providers in Saudi Arabia.

Your role as Lead Blockchain Developer & Solution Designer / Enterprise Architect

• Lead the overall blockchain development, solution design, and enterprise architecture tasks for the assignment.
• Oversee the technical refactoring and optimization of the existing MVP architecture to meet enterprise standards.
• Architect and deploy advanced blockchain components and smart contracts integrated with zero-knowledge proof capabilities.
• Design secure integration pipelines and APIs connecting the platform with external banking and credit systems.
• Supervise rigorous testing protocols, code audits, and the remediation of security vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks.
• Provide hands-on technical support during the pilot implementation phase with financial institutions.
• Contribute to the production of high-quality technical documentation, system manuals, and architecture blueprints.

Requirements

• Education: Relevant professional certifications
• 5-8 years of experience in blockchain development, solution design, and enterprise architecture
• Languages: English

Desirable

• Experience working on digital transformation or financial technology initiatives within the Middle East region.
• Familiarity with Islamic finance operations, credit enhancement systems, or MSME financing platforms.
• Previous experience collaborating with multilateral development banks or international financial institutions.

An experienced Lead Blockchain Developer and Enterprise Architect with 5-8 years of expertise in hardening distributed ledger technology platforms, implementing zero-knowledge proofs, and executing secure enterprise system integrations for financial sector applications.
