Aninver Development Partners is seeking a qualified QA Analyst for an upcoming institutional proposal supporting UNHCR in the United Arab Emirates. The initiative focuses on delivering comprehensive web and mobile development, maintenance, and technical support services to maximize digital fundraising and donor engagement across the Middle East and North Africa region.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution, functionality, and stability of digital products, including specialized donation platforms, mobile applications, and Islamic philanthropy portals. This expert will implement rigorous testing procedures to guarantee seamless user experiences, secure payment integrations, and robust tracking systems.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Ensure the highest quality and reliability of web and mobile applications for digital fundraising.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and performance bottlenecks systematically.
• Implement continuous testing procedures across staging and production environments.
• Validate integrations with payment gateways, CRM databases, and analytics tools.

Scope of work

• Conduct thorough testing of web platforms, landing pages, microsites, and mobile applications.
• Verify functionality of multi-language donation workflows and secure payment processing integrations.
• Test API connections linking front-end interfaces with backend databases and CRM systems.
• Perform quality assurance checks for responsive design, loading speeds, and caching mechanisms.
• Validate tracking implementations, including analytics tools, tag managers, and social media pixels.
• Review code deployments and updates in staging environments prior to production release.

Your role as QA Analyst

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects, glitches, and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate closely with developers to report bugs and verify bug fixes before deployment.
• Implement continuous testing procedures to streamline release cycles and code deployments.
• Test user interface and user experience consistency across various devices and browsers.
• Ensure proper functionality of payment gateways and secure data transmission protocols.
