Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a SEO Specialist for a consultancy assignment financed by UNHCR in United Arab Emirates.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a consulting proposal for UNHCR within the Private Sector Partnerships department in the United Arab Emirates. The initiative focuses on enhancing digital fundraising, donor engagement, and online visibility across the Middle East and North Africa region through robust web platforms and targeted digital strategies.

We are currently seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team for this upcoming assignment. The expert will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic growth, optimizing digital assets, and improving search engine rankings to support humanitarian fundraising campaigns and philanthropic outreach in the region.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Improve the organic search visibility of web platforms, microsites, and donation portals across the region.
• Drive sustainable growth in organic traffic to maximize digital fundraising and donor acquisition.
• Ensure technical and on-page search engine optimization best practices are implemented across all digital products.

Scope of work

• Conduct comprehensive website optimizations to enhance search engine performance and user discoverability.
• Perform extensive keyword research aligned with donor intent, campaigns, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Collaborate with web development and content teams to ensure seamless integration of optimization strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on organic traffic improvements, search rankings, and overall SEO performance metrics.

Your role as SEO Specialist

• Execute detailed technical and on-page SEO audits for existing and newly developed web assets and donation landing pages.
• Identify high-performing keywords and content gaps to inform digital marketing and content creation strategies.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve site architecture, loading speeds, metadata, and URL structures.
• Work closely with developers to resolve indexing, crawling, and site performance issues.
• Track organic traffic growth and conversion rates, providing regular progress reports to the project team.
