Preparation and delivery of hot lunch for vulnerable persons in the territory of Sungurlare Municipality under the procedure "Hot Lunch" from the Program "Food and Basic Material Support" 2021-2027.

The food is prepared according to the weekly request of the Contracting Authority and is portioned at the contractor's premises. The menu for one day includes: soup, main course, bread and at least once a week dessert. Weekly menus are prepared by the Contractor in accordance with Art. 13 of the Food Act and include various types of dishes ensuring balanced nutrition, containing allergen information in accordance with Regulation No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer information regarding food, the final weight of each dish in ready-to-eat form: - Soup 300g, Main course 300g, Bread 150g, Dessert and are submitted for approval by the Contracting Authority. For the quantities and preparation of the menus, the "Collection of Recipes for Public Catering Establishments", edition 2010, published by "Tekhnika" is used. The submitted weekly menus should include the number of the recipe used for the preparation of the respective dish. The total number of people from the target group who can use the service under the project is 600, and this number may decrease or increase depending on the number of people approved for the project. The hot lunch is provided to the persons every working day of the week. The prepared food should be ready and portioned by 10:00 AM on the respective working day. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the meal schedule from working days to calendar days depending on the eligibility of expenses under the Procedure for direct provision of financial assistance. The hot lunch should be provided at the points in 24 settlements in the territory of Sungurlare municipality as follows: Sungurlare town, Saedinenie village, Manolich village, Prilep village, Podvis village, Lozarevo village, Grozden village, Slavjanci village, Chuvra village, Klimash village, Kosten village, Vezhenkovo village, Terziysko village, Zavet village, Beronovo village, Vedrovo village, Esen village, Valchin village, Bosilkovo village, Pchelin village, Kamchia village, Chernitsa village, Sadovo village, Velislav village.
