Предмет на настоящата поръчка е „Избор на изпълнител за извършване на дейности, свързани с организация и управление на проект „Реконструкция и модернизация на ПСПВ (Пречиствателна станция за питейни води) в ПИ 27632.140.152 - за хидротехнически, пречистващи и съпътстващи съоръжения към ПСПВ, местност Баш Самоков по КККР на гр. Етрополе“. Целта на настоящата поръчка е да се избере изпълнител, който да осигури външни експерти, ангажирани с организацията и управлението на проект „Реконструкция и модернизация на ПСПВ (Пречиствателна станция за питейни води) в ПИ 27632.140.152 - за хидротехнически, пречистващи и съпътстващи съоръжения към ПСПВ, местност Баш Самоков по КККР на гр. Етрополе“. Предоставянето на експертните услуги от страна на Консултанта ще обезпечи процеса на качественото и своевременно изпълнение на проектните дейности и проекта като цяло, при съблюдаване на ПМС № 59 за определяне на Правила за верифициране и отчитане на разходи и за извършване на плащания по Инвестиционната програма за общински проекти, одобрена със Закона за държавния бюджет на Република България за 2025 г. и всички приложими нормативни документи. Избраният изпълнител, подпомаган от вътрешните експерти на възложителя, ще отговаря за цялостната организация и координация на работния процес по управление и изпълнение на проекта и дейностите в него. Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на поръчката са: -Точно, навременно управление на всички договори по проекта. -Ефикасно финансово управление на проекта. -Осигурено качествено управление на договорите по проекта с поддържане на адекватна одитна пътека и съхранение на документацията. -Осъществено ефективно и ефикасно взаимодействие в ЕУП. -Постигната ефективна комуникация между Бенефициента и избраните изпълнители.
