The indicated forecast quantity for the supply of medium and low voltage electrical energy does not oblige the Contracting Authority to consume it, and the Contractor undertakes to supply the required quantity of electricity per day, per month, and for the entire delivery period. For the duration of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes to the facilities (removal or addition of a facility) for electricity supply, as well as to change the forecast quantity in a positive or negative direction according to the arising need.
