Предмет на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за осигуряване на хотелско настаняване за нуждите на Медицински университет „Проф. д-р Параскев Стоянов“ – Варна. Поръчката включва осигуряване на настаняване при индивидуални и групови пътувания на служители, студенти и други лица, както и при мероприятия, изискващи настаняване на групи от хора, в хотели с 3★, 4★ и 5★. Настаняванията се реализират на територията на страната при служебни пътувания, посрещане на гости, участия в конференции, обучения, семинари, кръгли маси, промоции, научни журита, спортни състезания, работни срещи, фестивали и други. Параметрите на всяко отделно настаняване се посочват в конкретно запитване, подадено по електронна поща от представител на Възложителя в срока на договора.
