Диетите се приготвят съгласно „Сборник рецепти за диетични ястия за заведения за обществено хранене и лечебно профилактичните заведения” – изд. 1984 – д-р Хелза Боева, д-р Домна Хубанова, д-р Любомир Петров и Ярмила Джамбазова и доставка на тонизиращи напитки франко хранителното звено на Възложителя. Качеството на храната да отговаря на действащите в страната БДС или еквивалентно и на „Сборник рецепти за диетични ястия за заведения за обществено хранене и лечебно-профилактични заведения” от 1984 г. на МНЗ. Количеството, качеството и калорийността на ястията следва да са съобразени с изискванията за рационално и диетично хранене, съгласно номеричната система на съответната диета.
