Delivery of rescue suits for water work

"Delivery of rescue suits for water work", under Project 101191654-ECPP-2024-BG-HCP "Increasing the capacity of the high-capacity pumping module" under a direct grant European Civil Protection Pool Upgrade or Repair of Response Capacities (UCPM-2024-ECPP-URC-IBA). Brief description: The public procurement includes the delivery of 30 (thirty) sets of rescue suits for water work, including a protective suit and safety shoes. Performance period of the public procurement: The contract enters into force from the date of its registration in the Contractor's filing system and is valid until the expiry of the warranty period of the goods and the satisfaction of all claims of the Contracting Authority related to the Contractor's warranty liability. Within 10 calendar days from the date of the contract's entry into force, the Contractor shall provide information on the sizes of the rescue suits for water work and the safety shoes. The size of the respective goods will be specified by the Contracting Authority or persons designated by it submitting a request. The delivery period is up to 90 calendar days from the receipt of the Contracting Authority's request by the Contractor, but no later than November 30, 2026. The request is sent by the Contracting Authority or persons designated by it within 30 calendar days from the date the contract enters into force. The contract may be amended regarding the performance period of the public procurement (30.11.2026), based on Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, by mutual agreement of the Parties, expressed in writing, in case the performance period of the activity/project agreed by the grant agreement is amended by an additional agreement for the project 101191654-ECPP-2024-BG-HCP "Increasing the capacity of the high-capacity pumping module" under a direct grant European Civil Protection Pool Upgrade or Repair of Response Capacities (UCPM-2024-ECPP-URC-IBA). The performance period of the respective activity is extended by a period corresponding to the period by which the activity/project period is extended, but not more than the period between the expiry date of the performance period of the respective activity and the final date of the extended activity/project period. The scope and nature of the possible amendment, as well as the conditions under which it can be used, must not lead to a change in the subject of the procurement. The amendment must comply with the changes in the rules and guidelines of the funding body and/or the grant agreement, which can be the factual basis for amending the Contract in the hypothesis of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
