Котлите са оборудвани с комбинирани горелки за газ и нафта. Димните газове се отвеждат над покривите на сградите със самостоятелни комини, изградени от хромникел и изолирани с каменна вата. Между Община Казанлък и съответното лицензирано газоразпределително дружество за град Казанлък е сключен договор за присъединяване към газоразпределителната мрежа. Това предполага сключване на договор за доставка на природен газ с доставчик, който притежава лицензия за доставка на природен до краен потребител, съгласно Закона за енергетиката.
