Construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works for the site “MAIN REPAIR OF STREETS IN THE TOWN OF TOPOLOVGRAD, TOPOLOVGRAD MUNICIPALITY”

Construction supervision will be carried out in scope and extent, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and the relevant subordinate normative acts, performing at least the following activities, divided into two main groups: Main activities: 1) carrying out construction supervision over the execution of construction and assembly works in accordance with the approved investment project and the requirements of normative acts: 1.1. control and comparison of the works performed against the scope and content of the investment project; 1.2. control and comparison of the works performed against the provisions of the applicable current legislation. 2) inspection of the completed construction and assembly works and signing of acceptance protocols for the completed construction and assembly works, prepared by the Contractor of construction and assembly works 2.1. presence at the site and observation and control regarding the currently performed quantities and types of works; 2.2. as a result of the execution of sub-activity 2.1., as well as in view of the results of the execution of works within activity 1 – thorough review of the acts provided by the Contractor of construction and assembly works, and in case of conformity of the performed works, their signing. 3) ensuring the preparation of acts and protocols, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 3/2004, before, during and after the completion of construction and assembly works: 3.1. preparation of acts and protocols before commencing construction and assembly works; 3.2. preparation of acts and protocols during construction and assembly works; 3.3. preparation of acts and protocols after completion of construction and assembly works. 4) environmental protection control during the execution of construction and assembly works, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act (ZOOС) and the Waste Management Act and their ordinances: 4.1. preliminary detailed familiarization with the provisions of the applicable current legislation, as well as the content of the approved project; 4.2. as a result of sub-activity 4.1., as well as in connection with the constant presence of the contractor's representatives at the site – creation and implementation of an environmental protection control system. 5) control over the conformity of the materials and products used, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 of 05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for the use of construction products in construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria. In this regard, control checks are carried out on the construction products delivered to the site that are used in the construction, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of Art. 169a, para. 1 and Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 of 05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for the use of construction products in construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria, including checks for conformity of: technical indicators of the delivered construction products with the data in the declaration of performance of construction products, declaration of performance and test reports presented by the Contractor of construction and assembly works, with the technical indicators specified in the approved investment project, as well as with the detailed quantitative and value estimates for the site: 5.1. preliminary detailed familiarization with the offer of the Contractor of construction and assembly works in connection with the execution of the activity; 5.2. as a result of sub-activity 5.1., as well as in connection with the constant presence of the contractor's representatives at the site – control over the conformity of the materials and products used, both in accordance with the applicable current legislation and in accordance with the contract with the Contractor of construction and assembly works. 6) preparation of a technical passport for the construction, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006. The technical passport is submitted to the Client in 6 (six) copies, accompanied by an electronic carrier in “doc” and “pdf” format, corresponding to the paper version. The electronic copy is submitted on CD or other electronic carrier: 7) preparation of a final report to the Client, in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, after the completion of construction and assembly works.
