Original language: bgПредметът на обособената позиция обхваща доставка на 30 000 литра дизелово гориво за отопление за нуждите на СП "ПХРАО-Нови хан". Изискания към доставките: Доставките са периодични и по предварителна заявка. Минимално количество за заявка - не по-малко от 5 000 л. Срок за доставка - до 3 работни дни от получаване на заявката, в работен ден и в час не по-късен от 14:00 часа. Горивата да отговарят на изискванията на Наредбата за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина на техния контрол и да бъдат с качество, съответстващо на Приложение № 2 към чл. 6, т. 2 на същата, като всяка доставка да бъде придружена с декларация за съответствие (Приложение № 9), издадена на основание чл. 10, ал. 2 от наредбата. За доставките следва да бъде осигурен лицензиран транспорт за превоз на течни горива, като водачите трябва да притежават валидно разрешение за превоз на опасни товари (ADR), издадено от компетентните органи. Транспортното средство трябва да бъде оборудвано с помпа и брояч, еталониран за дизелово гориво и преминал периодична метрологична проверка, удостоверена с документ от акредитирана лаборатория. Зареждането и отчитането на доставеното гориво се извършва чрез метрологично осигурено разходомерно устройство при прехвърляне в цистерните на възложителя. Срок на договора: 1 година.
