Original language: bgПредметът на поръчката е: „Доставка на топлинна енергия за нуждите на Факултет и Колеж Сливен, при ТУ-София“. Договорът за изпълнение на предмета на поръчката ще бъде сключен за срок до 60 месеца. Средното потребление на топлинна енергия за 60 месеца е 4100 МВтч. Съгласно чл. 39, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗЕ дейността по пренос на топлинна енергия подлежи на лицензиране, като според чл. 43, ал. 2, т. 3 от ЗЕ за една обособена територия се издава само една лицензия за пренос на топлинна енергия. От публичния регистър на доставчиците на топлинна енергия, достъпен на Интернет страницата на Комисията за енергийно и водно регулиране (КЕВР) е видно, че "Топлофикация-Сливен-инж.Ангел Ангелов" ЕАД е единственото дружество за град Сливен, на което е издадена лицензия: Л-085-05 от 21.02.2001 г. – за дейността „пренос на топлинна енергия“ на територия на град Сливен, за срок от 20 (двадесет) години. С Решение № И2-Л-084 от 18.06.2020 г., Комисията за енергийно и водно регулиране продължава срока на лицензия № Л-085-05 от 21.02.2001 г. за дейността „пренос на топлинна енергия“, издадена на "Топлофикация-Сливен-инж.Ангел Ангелов" ЕАД с 20 години, считано от 24.03.2021 г.
