Обществената поръчка е разделена на 2 (две) обособени позиции. 1. С настоящата процедура ще се възлага обществената поръчка само по Обособена позиция № 1: „Доставка на дизелово гориво за отопление на сградите на Централно управление, гр. София и Областните дирекции на ДФ „Земеделие“ в гр. Кърджали и гр. Хасково“. Предметът на обществената поръчка включва включва доставка на дизелово гориво за отопление 0.001% S Евро 5 за нуждите на сградите на Централно управление - гр. София и на териториалните структури на ДФ „Земеделие" в градовете Кърджали и Хасково, с прогнозно количество от 180 000 л., с възможно отклонение до плюс/минус 10 %. Ориентировъчно разпределение по градове: - гр. София - 110 000 л.; - гр. Кърджали - 25 000 л.; - гр. Хасково - 45 000 л. 2. Обособена позиция № 2 - „Доставка на дизелово гориво за отопление на сградите на Централно управление, гр. София и Областните дирекции на ДФ „Земеделие“ в гр. Кърджали и гр. Хасково“ Предметът на поръчката по Обособена позиция № 2, включва доставка на дизелово гориво за отопление 0.001% S Евро 5 за нуждите на сградите на Централно управление - гр. София и на териториалните структури на ДФ „Земеделие" в градовете Кърджали и Хасково. 3. Съгласно чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП, Възложителят има право да възлага обособени позиции по реда, валиден за индивидуалната прогнозна стойност на всяка от тях, при условие че стойността на съответната обособена позиция не надхвърля 156 464,00 лв. за доставки и услуги и общата прогнозна стойност на обособените позиции, възложени по този начин, не надхвърля 20 на сто от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката. В тези случаи, независимо от остатъчната стойност на поръчката тя се възлага по реда, приложим към общата стойност на цялата поръчка. Прогнозната стойност на Обособена позиция № 2 е в размер на 49999,00 (четиридесет хиляди деветстотин деветдесет и девет) лева без ДДС и попада в приложното поле на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП и представлява 9,09 % от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката, съответно не надвишава 20 % от същата. С оглед изложеното и на основание чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП, Обособена позиция № 2 се възлага по реда на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП - чрез директно възлагане.
