Activity 2: Exercise of construction supervision during construction in accordance with Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the ZUT, including control over the lawful execution of the construction, control over the materials used, coordination between the participants in the construction process, compliance with measures for the protection of archaeological structures and assistance until the completion and commissioning/acceptance of the construction. The consultant shall perform the activities in accordance with the ZUT, the Law on Cultural Heritage, Ordinance No. 3/2003, as well as all applicable normative acts in the field of investment design, construction and protection of cultural heritage.
