Доставката на ел. енергия трябва да е в съответствие с действащите нормативни документи: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ).
