Subscription service maintenance of automatic fire alarm systems, gas alarm and fire extinguishing systems and centralized monitoring system

Subscription service maintenance of automatic fire alarm systems, gas alarm and fire extinguishing systems and centralized monitoring system, built in production and administrative sites in the territory of "Maritsa East 2" TPP EAD, according to technical requirements for a period of 2 years. The Contracting Authority will conclude framework agreements separately with three potential contractors, ranked from first to third place inclusive, provided that there are a sufficient number of offers that meet the Contracting Authority's pre-announced conditions. If there are not a sufficient number of participants who meet the selection criteria, or a sufficient number of offers that meet the Contracting Authority's pre-announced conditions, the Contracting Authority may conclude a framework agreement with fewer than three potential contractors. For the conclusion of each specific contract awarded under the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority will conduct an internal competitive selection by sending an invitation to participate to all persons with whom a framework agreement has already been concluded in accordance with Art. 82, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act, and will determine the contractor for the respective contract based on the criterion: "lowest price". The award of the internal competitive selection is carried out in strict adherence to the terms of the framework agreement, and the contracts concluded on its basis cannot contradict it, nor essentially alter its terms. The framework agreement will be concluded for an amount up to 2,496,880 (two million four hundred and ninety-six thousand eight hundred and eighty) Euros, including the maximum estimated value excluding VAT of all public procurement contracts provided for the entire duration of its validity.
