Provision of construction supervision for the construction and installation works of the project: "Reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing streets and sidewalks, and their structures and appurtenances in Mudretz village, Galabovo municipality"

The subject of the procurement includes the exercise of construction supervision during construction in accordance with Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the ZUT within the mandatory scope regulated in Art. 168, para. 1, para. 3 and para. 6 of the ZUT, the performance of the functions of a safety and health coordinator, the preparation of a technical passport and a final report for the construction. The service relates to the following sub-projects: SUB-PROJECT NO. 1: "Reconstruction of Petko Matev Street" - from point 43 (intersection with republican road II-55) - to point 116 - point 117 - point 118 - point 107 - point 106 - point 105 - point 102." SUB-PROJECT NO. 2: "Reconstruction of Alen Mak Street" - from point 187 - point 186 - point 158 - point 156 - point 149 - point 147 - point 145 - point 18 - point 14 - point 12 (intersection with republican road II-55)." SUB-PROJECT NO. 3: "Reconstruction of Gradinska Street" - from point 187 - point 128 - point 104 - point 105." The scope of the service includes all activities, described in detail in the technical specification, within the mandatory scope according to Art. 168 of the ZUT, including control over the lawful commencement and execution of the construction, acts and protocols during construction, control of construction products, functions of a safety and health coordinator, and actions for commissioning the construction. A detailed description of all planned activities is contained in the technical specification and the draft contract. The contractor shall exercise the service for the entire construction with unified organization, constant coordination with the client, contractor, designers, and other participants in the construction, and in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
