Social Kitchen Services for the Ministry of Defence in Pazardzhik

This tender concerns the provision of social kitchen services for the Ministry of Defence (MoD) located in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria. The selected contractor is required to secure a suitable facility with a good urban location, easily accessible to beneficiaries who may have advanced age, mobility issues, or compromised health conditions. This facility must be equipped for on-site dining, meet all necessary sanitary and hygiene standards, and hold a registration issued by the relevant control authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria. Alternatively, if a suitable facility cannot be provided by the contractor, the prepared hot meals must be delivered to a location designated by the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Recreation", situated within the Military Club in Pazardzhik at 3 "Knyaz Alexander Battenberg" Street.

Furthermore, the contractor must possess at least one owned or leased transport vehicle that adheres to hygiene requirements for food delivery. This requirement for a transport vehicle is waived if the dining service is provided directly at the food preparation premises. The contractor must ensure all services are performed in accordance with current legal norms, adapting to any amendments in regulations.
