Original language: bgПредметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е „Доставка на питейна вода, отвеждане и пречистване на отпадъчни води за нуждите на структури на „Столичен електротранспорт“ ЕАД, находящи се в гр. София“ с възможност за присъединяване на структури/обекти, съгласно нуждите на Възложителя и правилата на В и К оператора. Поръчката включва доставка на питейна вода, отвеждане и пречистване на отпадни води в структури, находящи се в град София, съгласно Техническа спецификация и Приложение № 1, към нея. Поради естеството на услугата и факта, че тя се доставя по фиксиране мрежа, поръчката се открива при условията на чл. 138, ал. 1 ЗОП във връзка с чл. 79, ал. 1, т. 3, букви б и в ЗОП, а именно по чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 9 ЗОП - договаряне без предварителна покана за участие за Доставка на питейна вода, отвеждане и пречистване на отпадъчни води за нуждите на структури на „Столичен електротранспорт“ ЕАД. Срокът за изпълнение на поръчката е 36 месеца от сключване на договор. Стойността на договора ще бъде определена от реалното потребление за периода на договора, като общата стойност ще се формира на база цените определени от КЕВР.
