Development of the "External Trade" Information System by Adding a "Macrodata" Module for Generating Various Statistical Outputs and Providing 12 Months of Post-Warranty Support

This public procurement tender focuses on the enhancement of the existing "External Trade" Information System (ETIS) by integrating a new "Macrodata" module. The primary objective of this development is to enable the generation of diverse statistical outputs, thereby improving the system's analytical capabilities. A 36-month warranty period for the "Macrodata" module will commence after its acceptance into operational use. Additionally, the tender includes a 12-month post-warranty support period for the current ETIS, which already has a "Microdata" module implemented, starting from the contract signing date. Funding for the post-warranty support is secured through the NSI's budget, while funds for the development of the "Macrodata" module are not yet allocated at the time of tender announcement. The contract will be awarded in accordance with Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA).
