"Expansion of the infrastructure of the National Statistical Institute – purchase of 2 servers"

The purpose of awarding this public procurement is to conclude a contract and select a contractor with the necessary technical capabilities, experience, and qualifications for its subject matter, who will be entrusted with carrying out the activities falling within its scope, in full volume and in full compliance with the requirements and conditions of the Contracting Authority, as objectified in this Technical Specification. The purpose of this public procurement is to expand the computing capacity of the virtualization infrastructure of the National Statistical Institute (NSI) through the supply of additional servers and licenses, integrated with the existing virtualization and data backup infrastructure. The deadline for receiving offers is shortened on the basis of Art. 74, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The Contracting Authority indicates that it will take advantage of the possibility provided for in Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA to evaluate the technical and price proposals of the participants before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The selected contractor shall provide a guarantee securing the performance of the contract in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of its value excluding VAT.
