Финансовите услуги и свързаните с тях услуги, в обхвата на поръчката са: I група „Касови операции” II група „Преводи (разплащания) в лева и валута” III група „Разплащателни сметки” IV група „Банкови гаранции” - Осигуряване на достъп до електронна платформа за интернет банкиране. - Възможност за извършване на преводи, достъп до салда и извлечения, мониторинг на движения по сметки и други електронни услуги, съобразени с нуждите на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ. - Поддръжка на системата и предоставяне на история на транзакции. - Банкови извлечения по бюджетни сметки. Видът и форматът на банковите извлечения на бюджетни сметки, касаещи постъпления от инкасо и POS терминали /виртуален POS, POS терминал по гари, POS терминал PDA , POS вендинг машини/ следва да отговарят на: Общи изисквания: - Да бъдат предоставени във формати – Excel и PDF; - Да съдържат дебитни, кредитни обороти и салдо. Специфични изисквания: - Задължително трябва да съдържат - номер на поръчка, номер на карта, оторизационен код и сума на плащането; Извлеченията за POS терминал на гарите, POS терминал PDA , POS вендинг машини да съдържат – гара, номер на карта, оторизационен код и сума.
