Delivery of gasoline, winter, class "C", mineral without bio-components, in accordance with Art. 50, para. 1 of the Law on Energy from Renewable Sources. The estimated quantity is up to 78,200 tons ± 0.5% and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to conclude a contract up to the amount of secured financial resources. The gasoline must meet the indicators specified in Annex No. 1 to Art. 6, item 1 of the Ordinance on the quality requirements for liquid fuels, the conditions, procedure and method for their control. The delivery is carried out according to a schedule agreed with the contracting authority. The delivery is carried out by rail transport and/or by pipeline. The quantity of fuel is determined by a mass flow meter indicated by the Contracting Authority. Each batch or the entire quantity in one tank is accepted after quality assessment, carried out by a commodity control company determined by the Contracting Authority, with the costs of the assessment being borne by the Contractor. The delivery period is up to 12 (twelve) months from the issuance of a warehouse record for the deposit of fuel in a warehouse, registered in accordance with Art. 38 of the ZZNN. The method and conditions of payment are described in detail in the order-specification. Pursuant to Art. 79, para. 4 of the ZOP, the contract is concluded according to the rules of the relevant exchange. According to the order-specification, at least one contract must be concluded.
