Original language: bgПредмета на обществената поръчка обхваща доставка на следните видове автомобилно гориво: Автомобилен Бензин А 95Н с БИОКОМПОНЕНТ, Дизелово гориво с БИОКОМПОНЕНТ и Газ пропан бутан марка Б. Прозгозно количество - Автомобилен Бензин А95Н – 81 500 литра, Дизелово гориво – 124 000 литра, Газ пропан бутан – 74 000 литра. Допълнително количество, в случай на включена опция за допълнителен срок до 3 месеца за: Автомобилен Бензин А95Н – 10 000 литра, Дизелово гориво – 15 500 литра, Газ пропан бутан – 9 200 литра. Основният мотив за предвиждане на „опция за допълнителни доставки“ е при липса на нов договор със същия предмет, сключен по реда на ЗОП, договорът продължава своето действие до сключването на нов договор, но не повече от 3 месеца. Възложителят не се ангажира с пълното консумиране на посочените количества горива. Прогнозното количество е ориентировъчно и служи само за информация за целите на настоящата обществена поръчка, като не ангажира Възложителя да го потреби. Възложителят си запазва правото да не заяви и респективно да не заплати горивото в посочения обем. В този случай същият дължи неустойки и обезщетения на Изпълнителя. Изпълнителят приема, че няма да има претенции в случай, че обемът на договора не бъде изпълнен изцяло.
