Description
Application upgrades are nearing end-of-life (EOL) resulting in challenges
during ongoing support and have documented security risks. This will
result in loss of service and business’s ability to accurately file offtake
profile nominations with National Gas. Maintaining and securing the
infrastructure service supporting the CNI data, processes and services is
an essential obligation as SGN is an Operator of Essential Services (OES
The SGN Gas Control Business Applications Suite consists of DNCS
Business Application (BA), Offtake Profile Notification (OPF) and Time to
Fail (TTF). It provides demand forecasting, demand management and
related Gas Day services to help operators to form strategies to run the
network, manage and publish data to external stakeholders such as
National Gas and XOSERVE.
