The procedure will be carried out through competitive bidding using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as defined in the "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing - 6th Edition, February 2025, published by the World Bank", and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address mentioned below (9) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
5. The electronic version of the Bidding Documents in French may be requested and/or collected at address (9) by any interested Bidder by submitting a written request specifying the reference and subject of this notice and the contact details of the Applicant (Name, Phone, email, physical address).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below (9) no later than June 09, 2026 at TEN O'CLOCK (10:00 AM) local time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives on the same day as the deadline for bid submission at TEN O'CLOCK (10:00 AM). The bid must include a bid security in the form of a certified bank check or bank guarantee letter made out to "FID FSR DG", and valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after the bid opening date, for: ONE MILLION ARIARY (MGA 1,000,000).
