L’objectif de cette consultation est de mener une recherche à Madagascar : une évaluation des facteurs incitatifs et des contraintes pour l’amélioration de la SST dans la chaîne de valeur des produits de carrières.
Il s’agira de mener une recherche de nature qualitative combinant les éléments suivants : une revue de la documentation disponible ; la collecte de données administratives sur la SST ; des entretiens semi-dirigés avec les employeurs, les travailleurs et les fonctions de soutien ; des groupes de discussion avec les travailleurs et, des observations directes sur les lieux de travail/chantiers, le cas échéant, des entretiens avec des représentants des entreprises multinationales concernées.
Le consultant bénéficiera d’un appui technique de l’OIT tout au long de la recherche.
