The Project Facilitation Unit (UFP) invites consultants to express their interest by presenting their qualifications and experience.
Firms must be legally constituted and have at least
- Demonstrate confirmed experience in carrying out detailed architectural and technical studies for public buildings (at least three (03) relevant missions);
- Have carried out, in the last ten (10) years, at least five (05) detailed study missions (APS/APD) for rehabilitation, reconstruction, extension, or development of buildings, specifying for each mission: the amount, the description of services, and certificates of good performance;
- Have led at least five (05) relevant missions for supervision, monitoring, or control of construction or rehabilitation works of buildings, with supporting documents;
- Possess strong references in the development of Bidding Documents and assistance with procurement (from document preparation to bid analysis and contract award);
- Possess experience in integrating environmental and social requirements (ESHS), particularly within the framework of projects financed by technical and financial partners;
- Demonstrate adequate organizational and logistical capacity to conduct the mission.
