- The State of Senegal has received financing from the World Bank to finance the Senegal Natural Resources Management Project (SENRM), and intends to apply part of this financing to make payments under Market No. F_SENRM/ENV_009 (Ref. The Bidder must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements:
- Provide financial statements for the last three years (2023, 2024, and 2025), demonstrating the Bidder's current financial soundness. In the case of a joint venture (JV), this requirement must be met by each member, duly certified by a chartered accountant or a firm approved by the Senegalese National Order of Chartered Accountants (ONECCA) or an equivalent body.
