- La République du Sénégal a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale, de l’Agence Espagnol pour la Coopération Internationale et le Développement (AECID), de l’Agence Française de développement et de la Banque Européenne d’Investissement(BEI), pour financer le Projet de Promotion de la Gestion intégrée et de l’Economie des Déchets Solides au Sénégal (PROMOGED), et a l’intention d’appliquer une partie du produit aux paiements au titre du marché[1] pour « la conception et la construction du Centre d’enfouissement technique (CET) de Bambilor.»
- Le Projet de Promotion de la Gestion intégrée et de l’Economie des Déchets Solides au Sénégal (PROMOGED) a l’intention de sélectionner initialement les Candidats pour la « Conception et la Construction du Centre d’enfouissement technique (CET) de Bambilor et de sa route d’accès ». Il est prévu que la Demande de Propositions soit émise en décembre 2026.
- La Sélection Initiale sera effectuée selon les procédures spécifiées dans le Règlement de Passation des Marchés de la Banque mondiale pour les Emprunteurs de FPI du 1er Juillet 2016 mis à jour en septembre 2025 (« Règlement de Passation des Marchés »), et est ouverte à tous les Candidats éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement de Passation des Marchés.
4. Les Candidats éligibles intéressés peuvent obtenir de plus amples informations auprès du Projet de Promotion de la Gestion intégrée et de l’Economie des Déchets Solides au Sénégal (PROMOGED) à l’adresse ci-après : Liberté 6 montagne lot 92 – Rue JVC Dakar - Sénégal pendant les heures de bureau 09h00 à 17 :00 heures. Un ensemble complet du dossier de Sélection Initiale en français peut être acheté par les Candidats intéressés sur présentation d’une demande écrite à l’adresse ci-dessous et moyennant le paiement de frais non remboursables de trois cent mille (300 000) FCFA soit 460 Euro. Le mode de paiement sera par espèces ou par chèque certifié. Le dossier sera remis sur place (version physique) ou envoyé par mail (version électronique).
