Box 280, Zomba ADDENDUM NO 1: TIME EXTENSION FOR CLOSING AND OPENING OF QUOTATIONS The University wishes to inform all suppliers and the general public that the time for closing and opening of the following procurements has been extended to 30th September, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. a) Supply, delivery and fitting of Tyres and Tubes; Procurement Reference Number: G30-09-26; b) Supply and delivery of Calendars; Procurement Reference Number: G31-09-26; c) Supply and delivery of Stationery; Procurement Reference Number: G32-09-26; d) Supply and delivery of chairs and tables; Procurement Reference Number: G33-09-26; and e) Provision of Motor Vehicle Hiring Services; Procurement Reference Number: S34-09-26. The rationale for the time extension is to make sure that there is one ceremony for closing and opening of all procurements in the week beginning 27th September, 2026. PROCUREMENT AND DISPOSAL UNIT
