It has com e to ESC O M 's attention that a significant num ber of prospective bidders were unable to access the mandatory online briefing session that was originally scheduled and held on 7th Septem ber 2026, due to connectivity and access challenges. Accordingly, ESCO M hereby issues this Addendum No. 1 to reschedule the mandatory briefing session and to revise the consequential dates set out in the RFP docum ent, as detailed below . All other term s, conditions and requirem ents of the RFP docum ent not amended herein rem ain valid and unchanged. 1. Rescheduled Mandatory Online Briefing Session A new mandatory online briefing session for all interested bidders will be held as follow s: Date and time Friday, 25th September 2026 @ 10:00am Platform Physical Meeting Venue ESCO M Staff Developm ent Centre- Mpem ba Attendance at this session is mandatory for all firm s intending to subm it proposals. Bidders are advised to note the change from Virtual to Physical Meeting. 2. Revised Key Dates In consequence of the rescheduled briefing session, the follow ing dates in the RFP docum ent are hereby revised. All dates and deadlines previously stated in the RFP docum ent that conflict with the table below are superseded and of no further effect. Electronic subm ission of proposals shall not be allow ed, and late proposals will be rejected.
