Hankittavan Järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa Mikkelin kaupungin työllisyyspalveluiden asiakaspalvelun ajanvarauksien hallinnan ja asiakastapaamiset videoneuvotteluna yhden järjestelmän kautta.
