Original language: isGarðabær óskar eftir tilboðum í eftirlitsverkið : Arnarland – Umsjón og eftirlit með framkvæmdum. Eftirlitsverkið felst í því að hafa eftirlit fyrir Garðabæ og veitufyrirtæki með útboðsverkinu Arnarland – gatnagerð og lagnir. Í útboðsverkinu er um að ræða gatna- og stígagerð auk lagnavinnu vegna uppbyggingar í Arnarlandi. Gerðar eru kröfur um að eftirlitsaðili hafi góða þekkingu og reynslu af sambærilegum verkum. Eftirlitsverkið skal unnið samkvæmt útboðs- og verklýsingu auk verksamninga og annarra fylgigagna samnings um ofangreint útboðsverk. Áætluð verklok framkvæmdar eru 1. apríl 2027, og skal eftirlitsaðili standa að fullu við skuldbindingar sínar í samræmi við kafla 0.7 í útboðsgögnum þessum. Útboðsgögn eru rafræn og má nálgast án endurgjalds á útboðskerfi NTI Bidco (www.ntibidco.com). Tilboð skulu hafa borist eigi síðar en 14. júlí 2026, kl. 11:00, sjá nánar í kafla 0.1.2 í útboðs- og verklýsingu. Útboðsgögn eru aðgengileg frá og með 23. júní 2026.
