Original language: isFramkvæmdasýslan – Ríkiseignir f.h. ríkissjóðs óskar eftir að taka á leigu húsnæði fyrir starfsemi Heimahjúkrunar og sálfélagslegrar þjónustu Heilbrigðisstofnunar Suðurnesja (HSS) í Reykjanesbæ. Miðað er við að húsnæðið verði tekið á langtímaleigu til 15 ára, með möguleika á framlengingu til 5 ára í senn að leigutíma loknum. Miðað er við að húsnæðið sé fullbúið til notkunar, af góðum gæðum án lauss búnaðar. Það er kostur að starfsemin sé nálægt heilsutengdri þjónustu eða HSS. Æskilegt er að aðkoma sé greið, stutt í göngu- og hjólastíga svo og almenningssamgöngur. Það skal vera gott aðgengi þ.m.t. fyrir hreyfihamlaða, hjólandi, gangandi og næg bílastæði. Fjöldi stæða miða við fjölda stæða í húsrýmisáætlun. Húsrýmisþörf er áætluð 1.000-1.100 fm. brúttó og æskilegt að húsnæðið sé á einni hæð. Afhendingartími húsnæðis er að hámarki 12 mánuðir frá undirritun leigusamnings eða fyrr.
