Sachverständigen-Prüfung lufttechnischer Anlagen nach PrüfVO NRW Ersatzneubau der Justizvollzugsanstalt Köln in Köln-Ossendorf Der Neubau erfolgt dabei im laufenden Betrieb, um den landesweiten Rahmenbedingungen des Justizvollzugs (u. a. Haftplatzmanagement) Rechnung zu tragen. Dafür ist es u. a. notwendig, die Anzahl der externen Verlagerung von Häftlingen - während der Bauphase - möglichst gering zu halten. Um einen sicheren und störungsfreien Betrieb während der Bauphase zu erreichen, erfolgt der Neubau in mehreren Abschnitten. Diese werden jeweils als Außenbaustellen umgesetzt. Nach Fertigstellung werden insgesamt 1.000 Haftplätze für den geschlossenen Erwachsenenvollzug zur Verfügung stehen. Davon entfallen 300 Haftplätze auf den Frauen- und 700 Haftplätze auf den Männervollzug.
