Original language: fiBusiness Finland Oy ja Innovaatiorahoituskeskus Businesss Finland (jäljempänä "Business Finland") pyytävät tarjoustanne Kyberturvallisuuden auditointi- ja asiantuntijapalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta toteutetaan Hansel Oy:n perustaman Kyberturvan ja tietosuojan asiantuntijapalvelut 2025 (00751) DPS:n sisäisenä kilpailutuksena. Palvelua voidaan hyödyntää mm. seuraavilla alueilla: • Tietoturvallisuuden hallintajärjestelmän kehittäminen • Riskien arviointi ja hallinta (järjestelmät, prosessit, kohteet) • ICT-varautuminen ja toiminnan jatkuvuus • Uusien järjestelmien riskienarviointi ja toteutuksen auditointi • Tietosuojan kehittäminen (GDPR) • Auditoinnit hallinnollisista ja teknisistä näkökulmista • Haavoittuvuustestaukset ja Red Team -tehtävät • Kyberturvallisuuden valvontakyvykkyyksien kehittäminen (ml. lokitus ja havainnointi) • Koulutus, ohjeistus ja osaamisen kehittäminen Tavoitteena on saada Business Finlandille kumppani, jonka kanssa organisaation kyberturvallisuuden kehittämistä voidaan toteuttaa pitkäjänteisesti. Kilpailutus koskee sopimuskautta. Sopimuskausi on kuusi (6) vuotta, mikäli euromääräinen hankinnan kokonaisarvo ei täyty sitä ennen. Tavoitteena on, että hankintasopimus tulee voimaan arviolta huhtikuussa 2026. Katso lisää sopimuskaudesta hankintasopimuksen luvusta "Sopimuskausi". Toimeksiannoista sovitaan sopimuskauden aikana. Aiempien toteutuksien mukaisesti hankinnan arvioitu laajuus on noin 3-10 kpl toimeksiantoja vuodessa. Yhden toimeksiannon kesto on arviolta 5–50 htp. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo ja Asiakasta sitomaton työmäärä vuosittain on noin 115 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Hankinnan kohde ja vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
