Description

The Department of Communities (Communities) requires a suitably experienced and skilled organisation for the provision of a single consolidated Child Protection Case Management System (CPCMS / the Solution) that integrates with other Communities’ systems. The provision of the CPCMS will encompass the implementation, configuration, deployment and maintenance and support of the Solution. The Solution must be hosted in a secure environment in an Australian data centre and be capable of accepting, recording, tracking, and reporting all aspects of Child Protection matters.
