Construction supervision services for the project: “Stakčín - water treatment plant intensification”

The successful bidder will ensure the supervision of works on the construction site Stakčín - water treatment plant intensification according to the Contract for Work concluded between the Contracting Authority (hereinafter also referred to as the "Client") and the Contractor, so that all works on the construction site are carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN standards, and technical specifications, within the specified time and within the price agreed in the Contract for Work, and while adhering to the conditions set by the Contract for the Provision of Construction Supervision Services (hereinafter referred to as the "contract"). The construction addresses a fundamental reconstruction and intensification of the water treatment plant with the aim of implementing radical changes to the technological equipment, which also require changes in the structural components during the full operation of the work. The services provided by the successful bidder include activities related to the control of the construction project and technical documentation, supervision of construction works on the site, management of the Contract for Work concluded between the Client and the Contractor, and activities related to fulfilling the Client's conditions according to the Contract for Work. The successful bidder will perform the site supervision services in accordance with the requirements of the Slovak Republic's generally binding legal regulations, particularly by ensuring compliance with procedures according to Act No. 25/2025 Coll. of Laws on the Building Act and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), Act No. 138/1992 Coll. on Authorized Architects and Authorized Civil Engineers, and the obligations under § 2 para. 3 and 4 of Government Regulation of the Slovak Republic No. 396/2006 Coll. on Minimum Safety and Health Requirements for Construction Sites. The successful bidder will act/appear on behalf of the Client during the execution of the Contract for Work and will be responsible for overseeing the quality and quantity of the executed works in accordance with the Project Documentation, work schedule, and construction budget. The scope of services provided by the Supplier within the performance of Construction Supervision activities during the execution of construction works is specified in more detail in the tender documents. During the provision of services, the Supplier is obliged to cooperate closely with all interested parties.
