Published by Ministry of Energy, Power and Minearal Resources, Dhaka Power Distribution Company Ltd. (DPDC). Procuring Entity: Superintending Engineer System Control & SCADA Circle. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UHF Radio Communication System for South Zone of DPDC and Integrated Voice Recording System for DPDC on Turnkey Basis. Procurement Method: NCT One Stage & Two envelope Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds Own Funds. Eligibility Requirements: ? The minimum years of general experience of minimum 03 (Three) years in the supply of electrical/telecommunication goods and related services in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization in Bangladesh. Such evidence shall be supported by the certificate from end users at official letter pad including the name of the project, commissioning date and the value of the contract.
? The Tenderer shall have experience in the supply and installation of UHF/VHF Communication Equipment under at least one (01) successfully completed contract within the last seven (07) years, with a minimum contract value of BDT 4.00 (Four) Crore. Such evidence shall be supported by the certificate from end users at official letter pad indicating the address, telephone no. and shall include the name of the project, commissioning date and the value of the contract. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
? The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 5 (Five) Crore. The bidder must demonstrate sufficient financial capacity by submitting any one or a combination of a bank statement (minimum 1-year transactions), an unconditional credit commitment letter from a scheduled bank, or other financial statements acceptable to the procuring entity.
? The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 07 [Seven] Crore within three [3] years in the last five [5] years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Submission of Payment certificates issued by Procuring Entities is required.
? Valid BTRC [Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission] License. Submission of a valid License issued by the relevant authority is required.
